2.3 Uploaded academic documents

When using the black background processing service, you upload digital images of academic documents (bachelor’s degrees, certified grades, or others). These documents may contain Sensitive personal data such as full name, identification number, educational institution, and qualifications.

Sensitive data: Academic documents are considered sensitive personal data under Law 1581 of 2012. Their processing requires your express consent, which you grant by accepting this policy and the Terms and Conditions of service.

2.4 Payment Data

Payments are processed through the following methods:

Binance — P2P transfer
Bancolombia — Bank transfer in Colombia
Cryptocurrencies (NOWPayments) – USDT BSC Network, automatic approval

We do not store credit card data or bank credentials. Transactions on blockchain are public by nature of the network.

3. User roles and responsibilities

The platform operates with three types of users, each with different responsibilities regarding the data processed:

Important for Distributors and Print Centers: By uploading third-party documents, you declare that you have the express authorization of the owner to process said document. miguelcarreño.xyz does not verify ownership and does not assume responsibility for unauthorized uses.

4. Purpose of data processing

The data collected is used to:

Provide the digital document processing service (black background conversion)
Manage your account, token balance, and transactions
Send notifications related to your account (no advertising, except consent)
Comply with legal and tax obligations arising from the provision of the service
Prevent fraud and misuse of the platform
Improve the technical quality of the service

We do not sell, lease, or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.

4.1 Training of artificial intelligence models

Processed document images may be used in a formal manner Anonymous and dissociated For the training and improvement of the platform’s own artificial intelligence models. Under no circumstances will information be kept that allows the identification of the holder of the document. You can oppose this use by sending a request to admin@miguelcarreño.xyz.

5. Document Retention and Deletion

Uploaded documents are temporarily stored under the following criteria:

Maximum term: 3 months from the date of processing, or sooner if server capacity requires it, whichever comes first.
Early Elimination: Older files may be deleted without notice when the server reaches capacity limits.

We recommend that you download your processed document immediately. We do not guarantee its availability after the retention period has expired.

6. Data Security

We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including:

Encrypted transmission using HTTPS protocol (TLS)
Securely hashed password storage
Restricted access to uploaded files
Periodic deletion of temporary files

No system is 100% secure. In the event of a security breach that affects your data, we will notify you in accordance with the requirements of Colombian law.

7. Your rights (ARCO)

As a personal data subject, you have the right to:

Access: Know what data we store about you
Rectification: Request the correction of inaccurate data
Cancellation: Request the deletion of your data when it is not necessary
Opposition: Object to the processing of your data in certain circumstances
