3. User roles and responsibilities
The platform operates with three types of users, each with different responsibilities regarding the data processed:

4. Purpose of data processing
The data collected is used to:
- Provide the digital document processing service (black background conversion)
- Manage your account, token balance, and transactions
- Send notifications related to your account (no advertising, except consent)
- Comply with legal and tax obligations arising from the provision of the service
- Prevent fraud and misuse of the platform
- Improve the technical quality of the service
We do not sell, lease, or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.
4.1 Training of artificial intelligence models

5. Document Retention and Deletion

We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including:
- Encrypted transmission using HTTPS protocol (TLS)
- Securely hashed password storage
- Restricted access to uploaded files
- Periodic deletion of temporary files
